This product does more than it claims. Remains really cold for a really long time. Used by professionals in physical therapy and not found in big box stores. Worth the extra dollars. Lasts for years

I purchased this ice pack because it is what my physical therapy center uses. The product itself works great! Highly recommend. The packaging may lead you to believe it's not a legitimate product since the photo has a warning on it that it's a screenshot, but I called the company and they said there aren't any knock-offs that they know of. The included backpack is entirely unnecessary and went straight in the donate bin.

Purchased for my wife for a surgery and worked very well. Fits well around wrists and ankles, but can be used for other areas as well. Shape was very helpful and it stays cold for a long time. Have loaned it out to other relatives who have also found it very helpful. Would highly recommend.
