Only had the Theragun a short time but so far worth every penny. I was recommended this particular one by my podiatrist for Achilles tendonitis. The problem stems from a very tight calf muscle and after only a few uses running the Theragun up and down my painful calf, I can already feel the difference. There is a very useful app to download which has loads of useful tips, handy help after exercise and other exercises etc. it’s easy to use and easy to change the 3 varying attachments. Highly recommend

Love this. Really effective and easy to use. It would have 5 starts except the charger lead is mini USB to mini USB which is really unusual and I don't have a plug for so now going to have to buy one

I was recommended this particular massage gun by a physiotherapist to apply percussion therapy to muscle tightness, knots and scar tissue. It relieves pain by increasing blood flow and aids injury recovery. For the uninjured it is a great means of warming up the muscles for a good workout. Three speeds and three heads to alter the impact. Good battery life.
