I have had a trapped nerve in my neck for the last week - the pain was getting unbearable and movement restricted. I've only had the neck brace for about 24hour and have had it on for 10-15 mins at a time as the burning sensation gets a little intense but this really works. The pain has lessened considerably and I can move my neck again. I am officially impressed.

My wife recovering from a neck injury read all the reviews which suggested that this product may be of help to her. Unfortunately she is still waiting for it to, 'Heat Up' or anyhting else. Overall it has not been of any practical use in support - pain relief or comfort to ease the neck issue. All that can be said of this item is thank goodness it was a low cost. Certainly not an item to be recommended, it seems more like, 'pot luck' to an individual whether it could be of help or not & by then its to late to do much with it.

My wife had broke her neck some months ago and this was ideal to aid her recovery.

As soon as the package arrived I had my doubts as to it's suitability as the package was so small. Opened it to find a very flimsy item which offers no support whatsoever. Cannot understand how a previous review said it helped somebody with a broken neck. Product description very misleading
