Great Workout, Great Product
First off, this product is very well built. Extremely solid construction. It will take a beating and will last you for years (I'd even say for life). The rest of this revue will more than likely sound like an infomercial, but that's because this product truly does what it claims it will do. So how are the workouts? Intense. When I began using the Rack, I was already in decent shape, but without being "ripped". Within a short amount of time (4 weeks), I had my six pack and muscle definition I didn't have before. And even though I was used to working out and regular exercise, this thing made me sore and pushed my workouts to a higher level. You truly do not need a gym membership to get ripped, and this device will get you there. (That is my personal experience using this product) For those of you who say "It's only 30 lbs... there's no way it can give you a good workout...", you are forgetting that this device simply makes you use your own body weight for 99% of the exercises. So, if YOU weight 150 lbs, then that's the weight you will be lifting, pulling, moving, etc. I can guarantee that anyone, even those in amazing shape, will find that the Rack is one heck of a workout. I have personally supplemented my Rack workout using body weights. Once you are into your Rack routine, you might also find this very beneficial to gaining muscle mass. However, I would not suggest this to those who are just starting out on the Rack. Get used to the Rack first, and get your routines down. Use the Rack to lose your excess fat first, THEN add body weights to bulk up. I use a weight vest that can increase my body weight an additional 60 lbs, two wrist weights that add another 10 lbs, and two ankle weights that add yet another 10 lbs. Even the bulked up guy at the gym would find this tool to be a challenge. The DVDs that come with the Rack are pretty darn good. If you follow along with these, they will guide you through your workouts and will give you the results you're after. The instruction books are also good. The nutrition guide didn't make too much sense to me the way it is written, but my daily diet is very healthy anyway, and I can see that my daily diet is in line with what the nutrition guide is telling me. NOTE: What you eat will affect your results greatly, no matter what exercises you do. If you eat processed foods, you will NOT get the body you want, even with tons of exercise. So eat natural. Anything man made is bad. Anything nature made is good. It's that simple. There is only ONE way to lose body fat, and that is to use more energy than you are taking in (calorie deficit). There are only TWO ways to accomplish this. ONE... Lower the amount of calories you eat. How? Eat natural food. It is much lower in calories than the processed junk and contains more nutrients. I suggest smaller meals, but more meals in the day. TWO... Use or "burn" more calories than you normally would. How? Put in a good workout each day. The bottom line... The Rack is solid and delivers exactly what it claims. Now, get this thing and USE IT!

Solid piece of equipment
Very sturdy. Perfect for working out at home. Really versatile. The equipment itself weighs 30 pounds. So you can get in a good workout just lifting it.

Excellent dip station but with questionable Quality Assurance checks when leaving the factory.
Really great but arrived missing the foam on one of the dip handles. Seems like an odd thing to have slipped passed a basic QA check.

Good workout
This is my second purchase. The first one broke at a weld on one of the handles. I continued to use it regardless just figured a work around. I'm glad I was able to finally find a replacement. This one seems to be better built. It was missing a bolt that supports a welded joint. It wasn't worth returning it over. It does come with an exercise chart but I use the old videos on youtube. It provides good muscle work, I have incorporated into the workouts I already do to get a total workout. I will be adding the 10 lb plates as soon as I can get my hands on the right ones. The four stars is due to the missing bolt. The product itself deserves five.

Don't take out the screws!!!
It comes with two screws for assembly, and 4 for the wheels. You only have to put in screws even though the instructions tell you to take them out. This product is sturdy (very strong and does not wobble). I still have a pull up bar for pull ups and arm straps for leg lifts, but you can do those on this machine too. Its a full workout for strength training cardio. Also the videos are good and simple. gl2u!!! Things i like: 1. I like the abdominal exercises on this machine. Especially the ab rolling exercises. I've been doing them for 2 days and i can see results already. (I'm 6'0 and 183lbs in decent shape). 2. I like doing the dips on this machine, because you can rest your feet if you want. 3. I like doing push ups on this machine, you can do these folded or unfolded. (I prefer folded) What i don't like: 1. I don't like doing arm curls and squats. I feel although they are doable you can get just as good of a workout with 15lbs dumbells which equal to 30lb same as the rack and they are easier to manage and change up on. ( you can use the dumbells with the videos and the rack like a p90x thing but withe the rack and dumbells) 2. I don't like the pull ups on this machine. Although doable i feel you would be better of with one of those doorway pull up bars and get a better workout. So in short i feel as someone else also said that "the rack" is best at being and abdominal, dip, and push up machine. But a great workout tool for your home gym added with some powerblock dumbells and a pull up bar and you have a complete gym in my opinion. again gl2u!!!

Finally buying another one after 15 years!
My original Rack (that I use in my backyard) is still in decent condition after 15 years of abuse, but I decided to buy another one to use in my living room. This thing might look like a silly old person's walker, but I'm telling you it's the best all-in-one workout device ever created. The amount of different muscle groups it can target is mind-boggling. Best bang for your buck, no debate.

Very solid piece of equipment.
My wife wanted this as an anniversary present. I looked at it online and thought it looked like a walker old people use and thought it may be a waste of money, but when it arrived I quickly changed my mind. The unit is very sturdy, very heavy gauge metal makes it extremely solid on the ground. My wife found some workout videos online that she follows, I tried one and I tell you it is one hard work out. We are both fit people We go to the gym 5 - 6 Xs/week and do both strength and cardio training. You won't get strong using this machine, (you need weights to do this), but it is a great tool for x-training and getting a good circuit or even HIT workout in. I was definitely out of breath just a few minutes into one of the workouts. I would recommend this not as a primary workout piece of equipment but something to supplement your existing workout with. If you do get one look up some videos online there are plenty of free videos out there that will guide you through various workouts.
