Wow! Such a wonderful item! People love personalized gifts, and this is perfect! Nice quality frame, and very neat, legible engraving. I bought two separate frames with different text on them, and they are really great. Both frames arrived WAY before the estimated date, and for the money, you can't beat this!

I can't believe how fast this personalized picture frame was shipped! Love the bamboo and picture was easy to install into frame. The writing I had requested was bold and perfect lettering and all was spelled correctly and was done very well. Very happy with this purchase and the price was lower than I have found on other websites. Will definitely keep and follow this store. Also, packaged well and I did not have any damage at all.

Frame is great and of decent quality with glass. However, it is a bit misleading to have to choose amongst all the fonts. Because of the wide selection of fonts, I assumed it meant an engraved item. It does not come engraved. It comes with stickers of whatever font you choose. Looks a little bit like a dollar store DIY project and is not very giftable because of that. This would be a great product if it were actually engraved instead of decorated with stickers. Nowhere in the description does it say that stickers will be applied to the picture frame so I feel this is a bit misleading. Of course it does not state engraving either… But with the choices of fonts, one would lean towards that assumption. I take responsibility for not double checking before ordering, but the stickers that are basically peel and stick on top of the bamboo frame look really cheap in my opinion.Shipping was extremely fast, which should've been a red flag to me to order something that supposedly engraved and it shipped within hours. I appreciate the quick delivery, but would've enjoyeda a more quality product. Just be warned it's definitely cheap looking stickers on the frame.
