Works great! Saving us time for our empanadas

I have problems with my hands and this product is helpful and easy to use. I'm able to make lots of empanadas again!

For someone who does hundreds of empanadas for catering and work as well as other events this is probably one of the better ones I've ever used seals really tightly I think it's because it has like the shark jaw approach is not flimsy you can put a lot of pressure on it without it breaking but definitely use some water or egg wash to seal the inside before crimping. Use many other ones before that were even more expensive that did not come with a mold and would snap in my hands from the pressure definitely buying more. It's great to try to make everything by hand but when you're doing hundreds of then this is a lifesaver!

This is the first impressions review. I buy a lot of Chinese things from Amazon. This one stood out because the packaging is well done, the product is as promised, and the instructions’ booklet includes several recipes and is well written in proper English, with pictures. The empanadas recipe is very similar to the one my family has used for decades. I do not think I will be able to use purchased tapas because they will probably be too small. The mold is made such that You have to use larger dough, which allows for more filling. This is all good, homemade dough is better anyway. Or you can buy 6 inch Tapas for a 5 inch mold, that should work. More later.
