GRSICO Wireless Home Alarm System 15-Piece Kit, WiFi Alarm System for Home Security with Phone APP Alert (Alarm Siren, Keypad, Remote, Motion, and Door Sensors) for Home, Apartment, Work with Alexa

System was relatively simple to set up and connect to Wifi via Bluetooth from a smartphone and Smart Life App. Just a matter of assigning sensors to the system and then mounting them in place. Monitoring the system status and being able to arm and disarm via smartphone, even when away from home is a plus. 2 key fobs and 2 keypads are included in the 15 piece system as an alternative to arming and disarming via smartphone. I opted to pay for phone and message alerts for alarm events. You can go into the Smart Life app and turn on and off notifications so that if you are testing the system by triggering the alarm, it won't send notifications if you shut notifications off. You can turn notifications back on as you please. One important thing that I discovered is that is that it is possible to arm the system even if you forget to close a sensored door or window, etc before arming....so if your front door is sensored but if you forget to close it before arming up the system, alarm system will still arm up not recognizing that the door was left open. So it is up to the person arming the system to ensure that all monitored doors, windows, etc are closed. One concern that I have is regarding ongoing availability of additional accessories. After setting up the system, I decided that I wanted to order two additional key fobs. I go onto Amazon to order the key fobs and get the message "Item currently unavailable. We don't know when or if item will be back in stock" which does not sound very encouraging. There is another alarm system sold on Amazon called "Tolviviov" and the sensors, keypads and fobs look identical to the GRSICO ones and the Fobs are currently available for them. I will order one fob for the Tolviviov system to try out to see if it works or not with the GRSICO system and will order more from Tolviviov if it does work. *Followup edit*. I received the Key fob for the Tolviviov Home Alarm system and tried it out.....It linked right up to my GRSICO system and works fine....so that is an option for those looking for additional key fobs for the GRSICO home alarm system.

Great system. Works well

So far so good. Easy setup once I figured it out that I had to delete the sensors in the app then re-add them. Only issue I've had so far is the one motion sensor goes off for no reason. Brand new so I shouldn't have to change the battery and there is only one setting (no medium like a user commented on my question)

This company charged me twice for the product although I returned it within the return window. This is extremely frustrating and dishonest and I would NOT recommend doing business with them. I had to go through great lengths with Amazon customer support to rectify it. This product does not connect to Alexa which is the reason for the return.

Years back I used to run an alarm company, so I’m a bit more familiar with how these things work - but it was pretty simple to hook up. Instructions could use some proof reading but it’s not the end of the world. I’m impressed with the system. I wanted something that would push notifications to my phone, this will fit the bill. If you’re thinking about a DIY alarm, give this a try.

Recently I bought this security system for our new home, this product is so complete and works very good!!! The best thing is that you don't need to subscribe any monthly service and the price is great!!!!
