5-1-1 Day Programmable Thermostat Multi Stage 2H/2C Compatible with Central Gas,Oil,or Electric Furnaces

I like the back lighting this thermostat offers as well as the clearly readable display. I think that a bit of the information on the display feels a little crowded. I didn't have much trouble with the programing, but I've had one before that I thought was slightly easier. The thing with a temporary HOLD and a permanent HOLD setting is a little odd to me, though I'm sure it has its uses. The downside there in my opinion is that you could get mixed up as to whether you have set a "permanent" or "temporary" hold on your temperature if you're not careful. On the whole I like the programmable thermostat since I went from a fully manual thermostat. Batteries are easy to replace at the front bottom. Mine has only been in use for about a month so battery life and reliability are unknown at this time.

Works great easy install easy to read

I think it has to be calibrated in some instances. Sometimes when I have it set at 77 it will bring down the temp to 76. It could be that my system is really working well or the unit needs calibration. The instructions do not give any help in this area. Other than that it is a great unit. lights up bright, very easy to install and use.

Simple/basic to install and use. Bright enough for us old blind folk to read. (In the dark too)
