I've had this pillow for a little over a month and can see improvement in my neck stiffness/soreness. I like that it's not too soft nor too firm. Another benefit is that you can use it in two positions - one side is bigger while the other has space for your arm if you're a side-sleeper. Overall well worth the price!

This pillow ended my bad habit of switching from side to side. My neck is comfortable and I stay put on either the right or left side. The pillow's height is perfect for me. It is also cool to the touch and soft in the appropriate spots. I like the hand rest area also. I have had input from a chiropractor, a masseuse and a stretch specialist about my neck pain and this pillow has solved my sleep posture problems.

The media could not be loaded. It's the worst pillow I've ever purchased. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance after searching 2 days for a pillow that would help with my cervical spine, back and shoulder pain. This pillow is so disappointing. See attached video. I gave it a few days to really give it a chance but, I can say with certainty, it has zero support. ZERO. When you lay on it, you will collapse right into your mattress. So worthless and I can't even return it. Ughhh. But I will say, it does stay cool! You've been warned.

I also wanted to be able to use this pillow because it was nice and soft and it seemed like it was gonna be really comfortable but one thing I didn’t take into consideration is the position it put my neck in was all wrong for me. I have bulging discs in almost every vertebrae of my neck, and it pushed my head so that my chin was toward my chest too much. So I would tell you if you’re someone that generally likes to have a pillow under your shoulders and even to your shoulder blades, this pillow will not work for you. Otherwise, if you have a healthy neck , it seems like a really good pillow

This pillow is very comfortable. If you are a side sleeper like me with broad shoulders you may need to put it on top of another pillow but still very comfortable! For the price range it's a great buy!

This Donama pillow was extremely soft but wasn’t firm enough to support my neck. I planned to use the higher side but unfortunately it didn’t have the arm cutouts. Ended up returning due to lack of firm support. Seemed like a great pillow just needed stronger neck support.

I have been suffering for the past couple years with neck pain and finally got a different pillow. And this pillow has stopped all the pain. I really do wake up rested. It's stays cool, and fits perfectly under my head well supported. This pillow works so well I will be getting another for my spouse and looking into a lumbar pillow next.
