It's hard to find GF anything and when you do, it's not always palatable. However, this Orzo tastes great and cooks great. It holds up well for leftovers. The only to watch for is it sinking to the bottom when cooking. It still tastes great, but it will stick together and stick to the bottom, so you have to diligently stir while it cooks.

Tastes just like regular pasta. Clumps a little while cooking, so you have to stir often. I cooked it in boiling water for 12 minutes. Really good.

I was so happy when I saw that I could FINALLY have Orzo! I've been Gluten Free for about 4 years now and I'm so happy that I'm able to find some products like this one that make it feel like im eating "normal" again. Packages seem small but honestly you get alot packed into those bags and a little goes a long way. Pricing isn't horrible ,especially if you're GF you already know everything is priced twice as high. Taste and texture are great and I followed the exact instructions on the packaging. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family who are Celiac as well and will buy again!

Made one pan orzo chicken last night. The orzo gets cooked for a while in broth and then again when cream is added, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that it held up and had some bounce instead of disintegrating. My husband even loved it and couldn’t tell it was gluten free.

The price is expensive... but it absolutely tastes wonderful... wish it were Slightly more affordable and I could buy it more often
