This is a superb fire it looks fantastic with such a slim profile the heating vents are not too intrusive and the flame picture is excellent we had a minor problem with the the fire but the customer service of the supplier is absolutely fantastic can't fault it I got it up and running very quickly the heat output is what you would expect from this type of fire and the fan is not noisy like some other manufacturers fires great value for money and a perfect fit for a media wall

Lovely fire, It would be great if you could purchase extra logs for it though, a few more would make it look more realistic. Just to note also that it doesn't have any sound effects of a fire, which I thought it did. Otherwise extremely happy with it, very good value for money.

I did my research when searching for a fire and this one was the best value. We wasn't sure what to expect because it's a lot more reasonably priced than others on the market but we thought we would give it a go. We're so glad we did because it looks great and enhances our media wall beautifully. It makes cold, dark nights feel super cosy. We've used the heat function a couple of times and it seems to work well but we only really bought it for the flame effect. We've had it a couple of months now and it's on most evenings and it works perfectly.

Very happy with this fire. So easy to install. Fits in my media wall perfect. Love the logs & crystals. Can change the colour to whatever you want. Not used it yet as a fire, just for decoration. Great Value for the money.
