The kit makes one of two cute panda models. The instructions are not in English, but they are easy to follow. There are a lot of extra pieces just in case a piece gets lost. The pieces fit well together which makes the model very stable. The kit also comes with a silicone building mat, a separator, tweezers, and a brick hammer. The kit is fun and well worth the low price. Highly recommended.

This would make a great gift for anyone who has the patience to work with small parts. I ordered this for my 10-year-old daughter because she loves pandas and hoped that it would keep her busy and off of electronics. She became overwhelmed by the project very quickly, I would definitely not recommend it for anyone under the age of 13.

I purchased this panda block set for my 11 year old daughter. She put together a different panda block set not too long ago and loves it. She also loves the mini blocks because they are more of a challenge to her. She's 11, so has smaller hands, and says it's easy to put together.These blocks come in 1 bag and are not separated out like some of the other sets we've had. Kind of made my eyes wonky when we first opened it because almost all of the blocks are black and white. Seemed a little overwhelming for me but she dug right in. My kids have a tackle box style container that they separate the blocks out in so they are easy and faster to find. These mini blocks are tiny and the kids keep a pair of tweezers near by incase there is a spot where a block needs balanced and is hard to get their fingers in to hold it. This set is no different. The blocks fit together well and went together nicely. This does not come with a building book but more of a map as we call it. A larger sheet with all of the directions on it. Not our favorite but we make it work.We have really had great luck with the panda QMEAKMONY blocks set. The blocks fit together, instructions are relatively easy to understand and it ends up being a quality, cute piece. The price is always reasonable on these also. Just know you need a little patience working with the mini blocks but they are so fun once you get used to putting them together.

The pieces are tiny which knew so that's not the issue I have. The issue is that it shows two pandas on the box so one would assume you could build both pandas. Well technically you can but you have to choose which one. This was fairly upsetting because I am planning on displaying them. Fairly upsetting to be quite honest.. cute panda, not a good description of product :/

This QMEAKMONY Mini Building Blocks Panda Set comes with a small hammer, a tweezers, a piece remover tool, a small flexible base plate to start the build on, and more than enough bricks to build one of the two pandas with lots of pieces left over, but not enough to build the second panda without taking the first one apart. The instructions are on two giant double-sided pages. I actually built both pandas. I took the one in the tree apart before building the other. The climbing panda can be hung to look like it's climbing up something. I tried to use it to hold my phone but it's not big enough and just fell over so I hung it on my humidifier instead. There were a few times pieces came loose while I was building, but not many and once I moved past those steps the pieces stayed attached well.

This is billed as an adult kit - it would be 0 stars for kids, but given adult expectations and typical difficult photo-instructions, I couldn't downrate it more than one star. Definitely not for the patience-challenged!

I got this panda set for my teenage daughter so this rating is hers. She's done many of these micro sets so she's used to certain things being standard with them, like not having numbered bags at all and the directions being on a giant sheet rather than a booklet. And of course the pieces are tiny. Nothing missing and actually plenty of extra parts. She felt the directions were easy to follow and the pieces went together well. It turned out very cute and you can even use it as a pencil holder.

The set comes with all the pieces it needs to, as well as a brick remover. It's easy to tell which color the instructions are indicating to use (the orange looks a little pink in the parts list, but since orange is only used in the jack-o-lantern and the jack-o-lantern doesn't use pink, this shouldn't cause problems). The pieces are really cute, especially the panda on the rocking horse.The instructions come on two very large sheets of paper, rather than a booklet, which is a bit unwieldly; sometimes it was hard to position the instructions so that I could see them clearly but not have them get in the way of building. As far as clarity of the instructions, I felt like they're okay -- about what I'm used to for off-brand micro brick sets, where it shows a whole layer being added at once but does show it big enough that, when you look closely, you can see where one brick ends and the adjacent brick begins. (Unlike a lot of instruction sets, this one does have writing on it. However, it's written in Chinese, so I don't know whether the writing is anything helpful.)While building, I felt like the bricks didn't stay together quite as well as I'm used to from similar micro brick sets. Once everything is fully assembled, most of it is pretty secured, but pieces fell apart while building a bit more than I'm used to. Also, quite a few of the dark green bricks seemed damaged, with white marks (the kind that show up when you bend plastic that isn't supposed to get bent) on the tops of quite a few of them. They still stayed in tact while building and it was easy enough to just make sure I didn't put those ones on top layers, so it wasn't a big deal. But one of the bricks was so mangled I can't actually tell what it was supposed to be, or if it was some extra plastic that accidentally fell into the bags during production somehow. Luckily, if it WAS one of the bricks, it was one I had an extra of, as I did have all the pieces I needed to finish the set. Still, not really a great sign for the quality.Because there are separate pieces here (two pandas and a variety of "accessories"), I had kind of hoped the bags to be separated out in some way (like one for each panda and one for all the accessories), but the pieces were all mixed together. I don't count this against it though because my experience has been that that's pretty common for micro brick sets.In addition to the bricks, instructions, stickers, and brick remover, it also came with tweezers, a little mallet, and a flexible base plate. The tweezers were a really nice touch to help with applying the stickers. I didn't use the mallet because if I wasn't careful when pressing pieces down, sometimes other pieces would go flying off whatever I was building, and the mallet felt like a great way to end up losing pieces, so... pass on that one, but I certainly won't complain about a set coming with extra items. The flexible base plate was actually really genius though. It's great for getting the first layer started, so that the bricks stay together while you put the second layer on to keep them together. And then because it's flexible, it's easy to take the whole piece off once you've got the bricks secured together instead of having some bricks stay stuck to the base plate. I'm definitely going to be keeping that base plate for use with future micro brick sets.All in all, it's a good set -- very cute, and completely buildable. The quality of the bricks just wasn't quite what I'm used to from similar micro brick sets.
