A little smaller/narrower than I expected
I use a foam roller during warm ups and cool downs from work outs. I wanted something smaller than my current large foam roller so that I could target specific muscles, specifically when laying on my side rolling out my lats. These are probably not designed for that specific movement, but I wanted to give them a try. I was thinking they would be a little wider than they are. They are well made, have a good smooth polished finish on them, with well-rounded tips and seem indestructible overall. Just over six inches long and 3.75 inches in circumference. Very nice stick set, just check sizing to make sure they meet your needs.

These bamboo massage sticks are great! I think they are just the right shape, with wide, smooth, rounded ends which really let me press in to areas that need massage.I see some other complaints about them being too short, and I can see that being an issue, especially for users without hands as strong as mine. If they were a little bit longer, they would be even easier to grip and a second hand could even be used to help grip them better.Even so, I'm a huge fan. Recommended.
