I love this and use it frequently since I bought it but the top lid does not close all the way. I read prior review and same complaint if you take the stipper out it will close or if you put the tea in, then add the lid to the stipper maybe. Overall it haven't stopped me from using it. I love the slick stainless steel appearance and easy to clean and heats quickly.Great material and performance. 😘

The top piece of the kettle was missing from the box, which makes it unusable. I started the return process right away.

The kettle works and does what it’s supposed to do, but the quality doesn’t match the price. It feels cheap and not as durable or high-end as I expected. For the amount I paid, I expected better materials and overall build qualityRf
