There was a washer missing, but our plumber had one.Now it's fitted, I absolutely love it, it looks smart it is easy to direct the water anywhere. We have 1 1/2 sinks so to be able to direct it easily to any part of either sink is brilliant.I definitely recommend this product and the price is very reasonable.Update, had this for about a year now and I'm impressed. Still find it very helpful to direct the flow accurately.

I loved this tap. Until it destroyed my kitchen. The hose is a plaited mesh which has spectacularly split after less than a year and leaked at full pressure in my kitchen. I returned to a flood. Fitted in July, kitchen flooded in the following June. 11 months. 😠

Great value for money, easy installlooking for a non expensive kitchen sink mixer, saw this on amazon and gave it a go - at its price point, my expectations had been limited.- yet on install and operation - have been very impressed, the tap is great!

Looked good to me but my plumber was disappointed there was no o-ring between the tap and work surface. There is a larger clear plastic ring which kinda does a similar job but my plumber didn’t like that. He said the metal has a groove cut in it to accept the o-ring but they didn’t supply one, just the larger plastic gasket. Tap looks and works fine to me!

Generally good value for money. Looks good and practical. Only faults - there were no instructions and water pressure on hot tap is poor.

Overall the tap was a good purchase, but it has appeared to go faulty recently and the hot water is getting weaker and weaker, all other hot taps in the house are fine, but this definitely now needs looking at.

Only had this tap in use for a few months and the pipe has already split, causing a huge leak for us to clear up on return from holiday. Useless and certainly not worth buying.

I liked the modern look of the tap, easy to install and great price

This faucet is well designed and innovative. It works well for my single basin kitchen sink. It is flexible enough to wash dishes, fill pots or to add water to a tall container like an automatic pet water dispenser. This ability to adapt to all uses, as well as look nice, is important to me and my family.

Schönes Design, Qualität leider gar nicht schön. Durch Zufall hatten wir entdeckt, dass die Schläuche nach einiger Zeit undicht waren und direkt bei Entdeckung auch noch vom eigenen Gewinde abgebrochen sind. Also Glück im Unglück. Wenn man da nicht regelmäßig kontrolliert,dann gibt es eine nasse Bescherung. Keine Kaufempfehlung.

This thing just plain sucks. The fittings aren't normal. Went to Lowe's. Spent tons of wasted time and money on fittings trying to make the connections that they have on the faucet work. This 30 dollar faucet cost me two hundred dollars at least in time and frustration. There is no way to tighten the water lines inside the neck of the faucet either. Once I finally got it plumbed. It ran for 10 seconds and immediately started leaking. It should be illegal to even sell these. Its made in China like so many plumbing fixtures these days. You spend half a day re engineering their horrible designs. I'm a rehabber and see it far to often. This had great reviews. The bad ones are hidden at the end. Buyer beware!

Il et de qualité moyenne seule gros défaut il et tout rayé donc pas top pour une cuisine ou salle de bain .... sinon facile a monté marche bien pour le moment a voir mais la qualité et pas la !
