I bought this to help with the eye strain of staring at a computer all day in an office loaded with fluorescent lights. After being on this for about 2 months, I discovered a few miracles. It healed my dry eyes and I can read things close up! I am finally able to wear contact lenses again! Now, I do wear particular brands. Cooper Vision My Day is definitely my fave, but I wasn't able to wear any contacts before. My eyes are no longer dry and they don't hurt from the glare of the computer and I can actually see what is on the computer. I have had to wear glasses for the past 5 years. This is a miracle for me. I will never be without this. I will still get some dryness, but if I take my eyes off screen they re-moisturize themselves. Unbelievable.
