Switch is a little small and cable is abit on the thin side but works ok. Definitely worth the money.

The microphone piece keeps not working,sometimes works,other time does.

It’s not a bad earpiece. The press to talk (PTT) button can’t be put under a lot of strain or it won’t work. You need to get the hang of the PTT.
