I loved this book!
I loved this book! I was not expecting to love this book as much as I did! Maya & Noah are absolutely perfect for each other. They both have so much character development throughout the book. There’s humor, swoon worthy scenes, banter, found family vibes, and the perfect amount of spice mixed in. I got so attached to these characters & can’t wait to read book 2! I absolutely loved that there was NO 3rd act breakup. (Although mistakes were made and forgiven.) Maya & Noah worked everything out together as it should be! The happily ever after was absolutely adorable! It was just perfect. God I loved this book & I’m sad it’s over but hope to see them mentioned in book 2! I’m excited to go read Sophie’s book!

I Need More
4/5 ⭐️2/5🌶️I love Noah! It's always endearing when characters take ownership of their faults and the fact that he takes initiative to seek help in healing his trauma is inspiring. I loved the effort he put in to apologize to Maya and showed her that he was actively trying to chance. Their story felt natural and meant to be.I loved the journey Maya went on to find her path and herself outside of what her family expects. She's allowed to take the time to figure out who she is and what she is passionate about and wants to do post graduation. The support she is given by Santi and Noah is so fun and lovely to see.I can't wait for the rest of the series!

Great read!
I was obsessed with F1 at the time that I started this book which really inclined me to read it. I loved how light and cute it was. The characters are endearing and very easy to fall in love with. Obviously I loved the F1 environment in this book. It's a great read overall!

best sports romance I’ve read
Okay, this has been on my bookshelf for about a year and wow, I’m so glad i read it. I only starting reading sports romances last year, and hockey is the only sport I’ve read and I do love it. But this, might be the best sports romance I’ve ever read. The sport is actually evident throughout the entire book, I felt like I was on the race track, I knew nothing about racing before and it definitely wasn’t a thing for me, but wow. I feel like the story was enhanced because of how well written the entire theme, being F1 racing, was throughout the entire book. Everything else I’ve read is just the romance with a side of the sport, this was so well written and the story kept me wanting more. I didn’t get bored at any point, and I kept wanting to know where the race and season was going to go next. I also love that this wasn’t just a fall in love within 2 weeks kind of romance, this was an entire year, with all the ups and downs, which gave time for a lot of personal growth and development to occur. The characters are a chef kiss, I loved the sass and banter, the relationships and friendships built. I understood and related to Maya so much in not knowing what comes after college and wanting to have time to figure herself out and make mistakes. Super well written and truly beautiful!

Simple story, all the feelings!
Thank you, Lauren, for bringing back my love for F1!Maya’s brother Santiago is signed to the Bandini F1 team, and she joins him during the season. Her brother and Noah Slade, his new teammate, are not friendly, but she wasn’t expecting his air of superiority. But she doesn’t back down. Ever.Their banter is fun. She’s aware he’s wrong for her, but she can’t stop herself from staring. He knows he shouldn’t want her, but he can’t help himself. This is what Lauren excels at—developing feelings. They both know they’ll be in a world of trouble if her brother—or anyone—finds out, but it doesn’t matter. They still wonder what if. And when Maya becomes an F1 vlogger and starts being around a lot more, avoiding each other becomes impossible.I loved seeing who Noah is outside his F1 persona and how gone he is for her. He falls first, even if he would probably deny that because he’s fine with taking risks while driving but not where it matters. Yet he takes the leap anyway. And there’s one specific thing he does for her that melted my heart. When it finally happened, I was squealing! It’s every bit as hot as I imagined. The two of them together are incredible. That couch scene...There's no third-act breakup and I loved the secondary characters. The two McCoy boys, who have their own books, and Santi—I already know I’m going to love his. I loved seeing their friendship develop, leaving the rivalry on the track. And I loved how Noah finds a family. Not all family is blood, trust me.The guy who didn't believe in love falls for the girl who showed him what unconditional love is. It may sound simple, but the best things often do.

Sim….

A good read!
The story was a mix of all the worthwhile emotions starting from fun to heartbreak. Maya and Noah are the best kind of trouble that are perfect in ways beyond description. They have thousands of reasons to not give in to the simmering attraction they find difficult to contain but at the end of the day love knows no boundaries. Noah did mess up initially but that man actually knows how to make up for it. Maya's bold attitude and Noah's flirting are the highlights of the book. A good read!

what a great book!
This book was utter perfection! The storyline and plot weren't rushed and were kept in a nice place throughout. Everything about this book was perfect for me.I think my only critiqued be that I wish the book was longer as I absolutely fell in love with Naoh and Maya! Will definitely be reading the rest of the books in this series.
