Purchased this for my daughter who travels a lot , as youngster do nowadays and she has used this a few times, she had no complaints so far, she found it very comfortable and easy to put round her neck and it sat comfortably on her shoulders not causing any pain or discomfort. Quality of material is also good.The other nice things it came with some ear plugs, nothing special really but all helps when trying to rest on long journeys. Once you’re finished you can put them nicely back in the carry case provided.Nice product no complaints.

This item folds easily into its carry case and you even get disposable ear plugs in their own case although they need to be much softer than the present ones which made my ears sore after an hour.I used this extensively on a long haul flight and had only two issues.The drawstring and toggle work well in getting the two sides together and thus providing support, however they don’t pull together close enough to give as much chin support as they could do. I’d suggest a Velcro flap rather than the present system.On my return flight one of the drawstrings came away as it hadn’t been sewn on properly.This led to me coming up with a solution of my own which I think will be a much better travel head supporter than this one.With a couple of changes this item could easily be 5 stars as it does the job pretty well and much better than any “loo seat” cushion.

I must have been not feeling very well hence my first review- I take every word back as this is a BEST BUY, I have told so many people to order it and they have done so and very very pleased. NO MORE NECK PAIN after buying many expensive pillows- although designed for travel n short term use i use along with my normal pillow and sleeping results are amazing, no neck pain and a great night's sleep, it's super value for money and very comfortable, it's also fantastic for laying watching tv and as we do we fall asleep, this is so comfy you don't even know you've fallen asleep- you will never regret purchasing this product

I have no idea what other customers reviewed but I'm beginning to suspect that it wasn't this particular item. the two side humps that are supposed to prevent your head from collapsing sideways (and therefore waking up with a crick in the neck) are not well-thought out. they KIND OF support your head, but not enough for you to avoid that crick, sorry. on the other hand, if you tighten the cord to the maximum they are perfectly positioned to press against your salivary glands, blocking the duct. this ensures that instead of being woken up by one pain (crick), you'll get two, but despite this added functionality they didn't raise the price; two for the price of one. that's nice of them. the pillow absolutely WON'T stop your head from sliding backwards unless it's supported by a head rest which would have that particular function instead of the pillow. finally, they didn't think that it was worth including a way to prevent your mouth from opening, so you'll still slobber all over the place. sorry, but it i discovered this with a 40 min nap, IMHO the other reviewers, who had positive experiences were either discussing a different item or issued the review after simply wearing it around their neck (without attempting to sleep in it). it's just awful

This is ok. It does the job. Not the best one I have had but it's still ok for the money. So far so good.
