touch screen does not always respond to initial touch and vaccuum stopped working after the 3rd use.
product arrived with no filter. so i had to order one. product seemed to work well for the first 4-5 times i used the red lights, the face and body tripolar handles. unfortunately i did notice that the touch screen was not always responding to my initial touch and i had to retouch the screen up to 3 times before it responded. also after the 3rd use of the vacuum bipolar rf handle stopped suctioning. trouble shooted the machine with no successful outcome. hoping to just return it for a replacement, i was unable to. i had to dismantle the whole product repackage it and take it to a UPS to return. then have to wait for a refund before reordering a different brand. i would highly recommend buying the extended warranty on this product. luckily i was able to return it within the 30days but i did order this on the 1st and returned it on the 25th.
