Crypto 28 Inch Hardside Large Luggage with Spinner Wheel, Travel Suitcase with TSA Lock and Ergonomic GEL Handle, Blue

After a single trip from USA to France, the larger suitcase is already damaged. the zipper breaks, and the plastic seal comes off. it seems to be of very poor quality.I had written an earlier review stating the good delivery and general aspect of the luggage. Unfortunately the quality is very bad and does not support a single plane trip, you can have a better idea with the pictures.

I bought this product for my daughter last Christmas, she went on one trip and the large suitcase cracked, the company replaced it after arguing with me about it. The second trip the same thing happened. We sold the 2 smaller ones at a garage sale for $20.00 and the big one went in the garbage.

My boss he's mostly to get the large suitcase since comprable suitcases of that size are very expensive but unfortunately these started falling apart after the second trip and now both suitcases have broken a zipper, a broken handle, I've lost one wheel and on the second suitcase the other wheel is breaking off and a zipper has quit on the large case making it destined for the trash. Even the little roller doesn't roll well compared to others I have, the casters are cheap, don't do it!

This are the worst luggage ive had ever bought. After 6 months of purchase I traveled when I got back home the luggage wheel broke off. Called had a wheel sent to me so I had to replace the wheel. I went on vacation once again two month ago. The plastic on top of the luggage is cracked broken like a toy. Emailed two weeks ago the vendor haven"t heard from them yet. Very bad made. The plastic is very weak stay away please do not purchase I bought two and could only use only twice. Bought in 2018 is nowx2021. Very frustrated worst item I have ever purchase at amazon. You been worn.

I like the timely manner in which my product was shipped to me. My bag was very spacious enough to take my things. I was disappointed when one of my wheels came off right at the airport after my bag was weighed, which I passed because my bag wasn't over. I get to my destination, open my bag after I unlocked only for one of the zippers to come off. I have to now buy a new bag to use to return back home.

I just received my DUKAP Crypto Lightweight Hardside 3 piece set 20''/28''/32'' in good condition. They are lightweight and beautiful. The inside is very good. The only thing I have some concern is the durability of the wheels. I am not sure whether they can endure the rough handling by those luggage handlers at the airports. I hope the wheels won't come off too easily after a few use.

The size and color are perfect, but there is a terrible odor that I have not been able to eliminate. I ordered one for my sister, and she has the same problem. We have both tried using a large package of lava rocks, which is supposed to absorb odors, but that hasn’t helped. I have also tried leaving it open in the sun, which may have had some effect, but the smell is not completely gone. If anyone has suggestions, please post them! I don’t want to have to return the suitcase, but if I can’t remove the smell, I may not have a choice.

This product is poorly made. It broke upon first use and had to be thrown away. I would NOT buy this product!!!!!!!
