Comfortable and stylish. The velcro holds tight no matter what you are doing. Easily adjustable from ankle to wrist, and I have thick ankles. I put them on in the morning and wear them while doing regular household chores. Easy way to get a light workout without knowing it.

Velcro Sewing
My first ones I ordered from Amazon they were a lighter weight but sewn allot nicer where the stitches wouldn’t come undone the 2lb I ordered the stitching is coming undone won’t last long because you put them on & when you go to take them off the whole Velcro tries to come with it. 😔

Potential bruising of sensitive skin.
The bangles are as advertised, however those for the ankles bruised the skin.
