First of all, I love the foot pedal. Period. It works like a charm and saves so much effort.Other Pros: Very sturdy construction of both mop and bucket. Telescopic, length adjustable mop is a plus. And again, I love the sturdy, heavy duty foot pedal. Basket spins fast, so mop wrings fast and efficiently.Now, my number one complaint: there are no wheels on the bucket, and when it is filled with water, it is very heavy to move around. I can't blame the seller. It's my own fault for not paying better attention to the very clear photos and description. Just want to point that out for others who might overlook it as I did.Bucket is large, but mop head is small. I have another similar, but larger mop that I am using in place of the one supplied.Handle only swings one way, which seems like a minor inconvenience, but can be a pain when in use.Water can be tricky to empty if the bucket isn't tilted just the right way. There's often some spill back. Takes a while to get the knack for it.Overall, I'd recommend for the durable construction and fast spinning basket. Works much better than a similar one I previously owned.

I am wondering if there is some kind of trick to emptying this mop bucket without water spilling everywhere! It seems that water goes underneath the grey top of this bucket when you try to pour out the dirty water. . and then dumps out on your floor when you tip it back up. Design flaw or am I too stupid to dump out a bucket?Ok after using this several more times it is NOT me it is the bucket. I am very disappointed. What a terrible design flaw. Dirty mop water pouring back out on your feet and on your clean floor whenever you try to empty the bucket. !!!*******!!!! Very frustrating!

I only used this product twice. first time I already felt the bucket didn't work well, the second time it couldn't dry mop at all. I already bought it 7 months, before I used different brand, at least that one could last 2 years. this one looks good, but only for eyes and pictures. don't waste your money

I like the mop it looks very sturdy, but i have to untighten the botton piece every time i wash the head in the water, the drying part doesn’t do the job so the head would still be quite wet, when i dump the bucket the water gets spilled everywhere
