You should order a larger size than you would think you'd need, as size seems to run a little small (but probably to factor in support and continuous use factors); that being said, it's a quality product, and works as intended. Thickness is perfect, and stitching is strong. My friend got the popular name brand band, and this is almost identical in material and workmanship (without the unnecessary thumbholes for adjustment). I've had it for about two months, and have used it several times with total success. It doesn't take away the benefit of the workout, but takes the bulk of the stress off of your shoulders. I have some old motorcycle accident injuries which affect my shoulders, and cause pain when benching heavy. With this product, the pain is gone. Great company and product! A+

Yeah it’s considered “cheating” but it’s better than having someone’s junk above your face while hitting a new PR. And it doesn’t drip sweat on you or talk.

Great product. I'm benching 225-265 with mine. The only negative thing is XXL is actually XL and XL is a Large. I bought both sizes. I am 5'11" 218 pounds. Size 17.5 arms. I mainly use the XL

Solid construction and works well in providing should support. I’ve dislocated my left shoulder 4+ times in my life, had a surgery on it and still have some pain. Without this product, I wouldn’t be doing full chest workouts. It is a cheat in the sense you can lift more weight, but if I max, I dont use it and go slow to avoid injury. Great product. Worth the price for sure.

Item looks well but is not as rigid as it should be.It started to show sign of age and Frey rubber within a week.Still serves its purpose

Ineffective. It doesn't work as designed. Tough to put on. Not recommended.

Great product no doubt 👌 really helps my shoulder and stability benching. My 69 year old father who just got back started in the gym used it and loves it as well.
