Awake [2 LP]

A fantastic album Godsmack has always been a favorite band of mine Sick of my life,Vampires, and the title track are a few of the bangers on this effort

The album is amazing. Truly. But please know the record comes warped. It wasn't unplayable, but you can get seasick from watching the needle bon up and down.I returned the first one, hoping it was simply a one-off issue. The replacement one was wonky too. Be warned.

Über das Album und die Musik muss ich nichts schreiben, die sind nach wie vor genial. Ich muss aber feststellen, wer die CD besitzt, braucht für den Sound die Vinyl nicht. Die Vinyl ist vergleichsweise sehr leise ggü. der CD und der Sound an sich ist so ziemlich der gleiche, eher noch, dass die Vinyl gedämpft und nicht ganz so lebendig erscheint. Warum die Lieder mit 33 U/pm auf drei Seiten gepackt wurden und nicht wie es möglich gewesen wäre auf 4 Seiten mit 45 U/pm, dass erschliesst sich mir nicht.Also Geld sparen und bei der CD bleiben ist meine Empfehlung.

La verdad es que no soy el mayor fan de Godsmack, pero este álbum siempre me ha encantado. Solo lo había visto en vinilo en ediciones piratas, me he llevado una gran sorpresa cuando me lo ha sugerido Amazon.La calidad de sonido es buena, sin ser escandalosa, y podrían haber metido un insert con las letras, porque lo venden por casi 40 euros… Además, el disco 2 vino un poco deformado. No le pongo las 5 estrellas por estos detalles, pero si os gusta el álbum compradlo!
