As described but does it work?
To be fair I can't even remember why I think I need this so, unless it causes memory loss, I've no complaints! (yes, that's a joke, or a poor attempt at one at least). So yeah, all good and as described but, as with so many supplements, I find it very hard to decide if this is actually providing much benefit..... but that's no criticism of the actual product.

Not Rated as Safe for Consumption
Having finished my first bottle, I decided to do a little research into the best forms of boron for supplementation.I found that Sodium Borate, the form used in this supplement, is not rated as safe for consumption and can be toxic in large amounts. It is essentially the cheapest form of Boron, and can be found in laundry detergents and cleaning products. The lack of clarity in the product description regarding the use of Sodium Borate in these supplements can only be seen as a deliberately deceitful decision taken by the seller. While 10mg per day is not a high enough level to suffer from toxicity from the compound, I do wish that I had done some research sooner.
