Ordered the brushed stainless. More of a smooth satin finish.Comes with 2 silicone boots which come in handy to prevent dings and dents and clanging noises when placed down on surfaces. The stainless came with a red and black one as pictured. The boots have a circle cut out on bottom and it’s scalloped like the shape of the bottle—makes it just a tiny bit wobbly. The bottle is about 8 inches high including the cap.I haven’t had it long but there are no leaks. It keeps water surprisingly colder than some of the other stainless bottles I have. Not sure if that’s because of it’s size, but I still had ice-the skinnier cubes from ice maker-after 10 hrs of the bottle being indoors, and the water was still cold 15 hrs later.Like all narrow mouthed bottles, you need a bottle brush or narrow brush to clean it well.In case anyone is interested in a an alternate lid, I found that S’well’s sport cap, sold for the 17 oz Swell bottle fits this bottle, although it doesn’t screw on as smoothly.

Purchased this for my 5 year old since it was a good size for her to handle but I was surprised to see in this "new" item several rust spots inside. I'm sure many people buy this size for your young ones to handle so just be cautious and inspect the interior closely.

I use these daily to send milk in my child's lunches. They work great and keep the milk cold for lunch. However, after a few months of use, my kids can no longer open the caps themselves. They just spin and spin and spin. Very frustrating. We contacted the company and they just told us they'd give us 10% off a new one and wouldn't send us new caps. We got orange ones and the orange coating is also peeling off.

Perfect size for my 4 and 6 year olds. Fits in my son's lunchbox and/or side pocket on backpack. Easy for them to open and close. Stays cold all day, truly. Cute colors. Good size not too big not too small. Design and shape prevent splashing when drinking from it. Overall, highly recommended if you're looking for an alternative to a plastic bottle for your kiddos and they are old enough to handle opening and closing the lid themselves.

I got these bottles to replace the kids Thermos bottles with a straw since those were leaking all the time in their lunch boxes. We had some plastic bottles similar to this style but I am moving away from plastic so came across these. These are great for not leaking and keeping water cold. I use these all the time for the kid's lunch boxes and just when they want to take water to school with them. We recently took these on a trip to Hawaii and they worked great. I filled them in the morning with cold water and several hours later when we got back to the hot car where these were, the water was still cool. It is difficult to find small stainless steel water bottles that fit in kid's lunch boxes but these can when put in at an angle. I would love to find some just a tad smaller but so far these work great.

I have several stainless steel water bottles now. I wanted a smaller stainless steel water bottle to carry on my bicycle, and it needed to be short and light, and this is just perfect. My bicycle is blue, so I got the brighter blue water bottle to go with my bike. It is lovely, and it works well in southern Florida. I find that I have to use stainless steel water bottles here, because in the hot sun water gets hot quickly in a water bottle. Sometimes the bottle gets really hot on the outside when it's been in the sun for a while, but the water inside stays really cold. It stays cold all day, and by then I have finished off the water and refilled. I'm attaching a photo of it, showing it in relation to my Kindle Fire and to the larger stainless steel water bottle that I have. This cute little blue water bottle holds exactly 1 measuring cup of liquid. It weighs 6-5/8 ounces, without liquid in it, so it feels really light. The water bottle is really sturdy, as I have dropped it. I also have a water bottle sling that I can wear cross-body when I want to have a water bottle with me and be hands' free, and it fits nicely in that. I always wash stainless steel water bottles by hand, but to tell you the truth, I don't wash them every day, I just rinse them out since it's just water. I use a bottle brush when I do a thorough washing. So, I'm guessing the lovely color will last a really long time. I really like it.

I bought two of these because my daughter prefers to drink milk in her school lunch rather than a juicebox (score one for the environment!). They keep it chilled and never leak and they're the perfect size to fit. They are a bit laborious to clean in that there is a rubber ring around the inside of the lid that has to be removed and cleaned separately each time, which is too difficult for my little one to do herself. In addition, the neck is too narrow to get my bottle cleaner inside, but as long as it's rinsed with hot water and soap after school every day, there is nothing yucky or concerning looking.

Awesome water bottle! My water stays cold all day and the size is perfect for me. It was a bit bigger than I expected but I love it so much!
