Great product, easy to use, keep clean and update.
Absolutely love it. It’s pretty durable- I have it on at work and never have any problems with it. I work in an animal clinic so lots of handwashing, pet fur and banging it against things. The QR code is still clear- I haven’t had any issues with reading the QR code.It was easy to set up my profile, and easy to update things when I have any changes in medical information.I like that it is pure black, so it gives it a sleek look that can be inconspicuous- I sometimes will rotate the band so that the QR code is on the underside of my wrist. Mostly when I am talking to clients.

Great Product/Worthy Investment
I am so enamored with this item I don't even know where to start. . . Let's start with the size/length of the chain. It is as described, however I have small wrists (7") so it hung on me or slid quite high on my arm so me being me I removed about two inches worth of chain and now it fits perfectly. So the option of it coming in sizes would be great. That being said, it was a small matter and nothing compared to how great this item is. I'm lazy and prefer to type on a keyboard using both hands rather than what I call texting mode on a phone or tablet so I used my laptop to scan the barcode which was quite easy to do and that took me directly to the website I needed.I was confused at first because I didn't need to create a user name, just a password. Your username is the bracelet number recorded when the website pops up. After that the rest was extremely simple. All I had to do was enter everything anyone needed to know in an emergency. Just like you would tell your doctor, the ER medical staff or emergency personnel. Since I have several medications, health issues and other information that would need to be remembered and relayed I was so happy that I could actually carry this information with me right here on my wrist! What a weight is being lifted just knowing how simple it will for medical personnel to find out important information to help me, especially if I should be unable to speak for myself. Plus, when you're on as many prescriptions as I am it can be hard to remember them all. This bracelet should hold up to anything I might put it through and the color I chose will blend nicely regardless of what my fashion choices might be. It also had a nice strong clasp and chain so I don't have to worry about it breaking.

Important safety warning for metallic QR code items
I wrote the same review for two other metallic medical ID products with QR codes from this company:I rarely write reviews, but this one is critical. I purchased three metallic items from The Lucky Tag (a silver bracelet, a gold watch strap sleeve, and a rose gold bracelet), and all have the same issue: the QR code is extremely difficult to scan. After contacting the company, I was given tips on how to angle the item to get it to read. While this sometimes worked, it often took multiple attempts. That’s unacceptable in an emergency—paramedics won’t have time to troubleshoot a QR code. Two separate incidents proved the codes couldn’t be scanned reliably. I had several tech-savvy people—including my children and friends—test them. Most attempts failed, especially when the item was worn. Only two scans succeeded on the first try, both while holding the gold sleeve under ideal conditions. These items don’t scan well in bright indoor lighting or sunlight due to glare. When they finally do scan, the medical info is incredibly valuable—but that’s no help if it can’t be accessed quickly.I’m out over $60 for items that don’t function as intended in emergencies. I’ll be trying their non-metallic or silicone options next and hope those perform better. For now, I can’t recommend the metallic versions.

Beautiful vibrant color in rose gold.
The bracelet was just too large and there were not size options in the design I wanted. I had to do some adjusting by adding a second lobster clasp to get it to fit me correctly. I bought the rose color and it’s quite a bit brighter than I expected. But that is probably more useful in order to catch someone’s attention. I just wish it came in a size that fit me. But it is very easy to clasp on and the bracelet is very strong. It is very eye catching and beautiful for a woman. It’s a good size weight.

All information about yourself and emergency contacts.
Size is a little snug, other than that I like it and figured out to load all the information. Make sure you have all information ready before uploading. Love the style. Also like the quality.

Nice!
Easy to set up, bracelet is easy on the skin. But be careful with the clasps they are easy to break. Would and have recommended this item.

Wish never to be without
What an awesome item. Was recently in a very severe auto accident. Wish I had it then. Will never be without. Think I’m gonna get everybody one for Christmas. Can’t tell you how much peace of mind this item brings me.

Excellent Bracelet, But...
It's an excellent stainless steel - not "titanium steel" - bracelet. It feels nice on my wrist and complements my wedding band well. The included tool to remove a link for sizing did the job adequately. The QR code is printed onto the stainless steel face, not etched, so I am unsure how long it will stand up to daily wear and tear. However, it does scan well. In fact, my phone kept scanning it while I was trying to take the pictures. The medical alert card is next to useless unless you have a typewriter.Set up was a breeze using nothing but a phone. It only took a few minutes to type everything in the relevant fields and upload a picture of myself. One thing I am not fond of is that the data is only password protected, having no username...Scanning and reading the medical data is effortless and clearly understood - critical in an emergency.I definitely would recommend one, but would like to see the QR code actually etched in, medical data further protected by a username, and possibly the black metal version including a red medical emblem instead of just a white or silver .
