I like the dark finish and non-stick surface of the pans. Their diameter is fine but the pans should be a bit higher to give enough depth for the fruit or custard to be a serving with the tart crust. The tart crust actually takes up most of the height of the tart pan. Several of the pans were delivered out of round as they were only packed in a padded envelope. They should have been boxed to protect the pans.

It is as described, easy to use and easy to clean, practical and useful for the family.

I make tarts in these pans. I love that the base lifts out for easy release of the crust.

These pans are exactly what I was looking for some tart shells.
