I tried this hoping to nourish my thyroid and add nutrition to my mornings as even a regular meal tires me in the morning. I take this with my coffee and other morning supplements in a routine designed for my mental health and anti aging. These don't upset my stomach at all and I have to be very careful what I take on an empty stomach because I use a lot of Ibuprofen. I did notiice some irregular round pebbles of product in the bag but nothing weird other than a spill because the zip top came undone while knocking around in the big backpack I currently store my supplements in. I'm still in the first two weeks but I've noticed a real boost in the morning especially compared to a fasting state during my intermittent fasting for weight loss. I team this with collagen peptides and creatinine and I can say I'm definitely enjoying benefits and I hope these guys sell some of the other things I'm interested in.

These small pills are very smooth to take. They are tiny so they don't get stuck in the throat. They dont have a taste or residue which may be left behind. Very good product and priced reasonably

I have increased energy, and these help me get through long fasts. Hopefully, they are assisting with detoxing from heavy metals, etc. I feel great and am constantly told that I do not look as old as my age (60). Along with eating a clean, mostly carnivore diet, I've never felt better!

Ok- Iv given it a month here’s my results so far. - I’m a breastfeeding mother, I won’t load my body up with chemical deodorant or anything right now because it’s terrible for you, and for a nursing baby.. my hormones make me smell so bad!! But after 3 weeks of using I’m noticing MAJOR changes in my order levels. I can wear native deodorant to stay freshened up, but not for the sake of masking a smell. So that tells me the product is actually working in the detox department. 2- everyone in my house got sick! Kids and baby and hubs And I’m the mom so I was all up in everyone’s mess…boogies, and grossness fevers and all. I usually always get what they have!! This time.. I. did. Not. Get. Sick!!!! Everyone else was sick but ME! YESSS!! I’m the only one taking this product in house. 3, I don’t really notice differences in energy levels .. bc I’m ran ragged with 2 tots and a 6m old.. but, I do feel a bit more focused on tasks. The process: I’m one of those ppl afraid of taking things in case of an allergy or something so what I did was started off small with just 2 tablets.. every day I added another one.. started off small now I’m at 13 a morning I swallow 6 of them at a time then the following 7 with two big gulps of juice. No problem.. I kinda feel like it’s my secret weapon now..

Great size for those who don't love to take pills. Packed with all the nutrients and benefits. Purchased for a child who needs a nutritional boost without without taking large multi vitamins or other supplements. Not meant to chew and doesn't seem to upset stomach. Overall value will depend on final results but the quality and packaging seem spot on.

These are meant to be taken in quantity. 10 is the minimum dosage to start so don’t be overwhelmed by the count. If taken accordingly these go quick I’d go for a higher count. These are so good for you. Small but nutrient dense. Good bang for your buck
