Q: Does it comes in 3 packs of 400gm each packet?

It does come in 3 packets each weighing 400gm. I just checked the weight of the two I have left. Also each packet has 2 very firm cylinders of sugar. It is not pourable and takes some effort to shave pieces off.

Q: what is the expiration date?

There is no expiration date for this product. However there is a Best Before date for this product. Mine is best before 12/2022. I think I bought mine in 2020. So my guess is 2 years..
