This product was brilliant. It fixed the leaking ashphalt roof after the first coat. For completeness we applied another coat. Use old paint brush or roller as the product hardens on them.

Used this on a stone windowsill, water just runs off .

Ease of use. Tried application with Squueegee and with roller. Would advocate the roller as in my hands theproduct doesn't self levelling enough to get rid of squeegee trails/marks. Set well and waterproof
