Very hard to swallow, very dry even mixed with porridge or breakfast cereal

It does what it should

But taste lovely

I often use the ‘water’ from tins of beans as ‘eggs’ when baking vegan cakes, but it’s a very inexact science! This egg replacer takes the guess work out of it, so though I may have to experiment with precise quantities, once I’ve got it right it will always be right. Don’t expect egg taste, you’ll have to add that with a pinch of Himalayan Black Salt (experiment carefully before making celebration cakes).

Arrived well packaged. Presentation of item is enticing. However the actual powder seems much less effective than before. Maybe too high in other ingredients because when added to vinegar in water, it barely has effervescence as in my previous orders. The reason I buy is because it is said to be free of aluminium. I will see if there’s another brand to try. I bough to packs at once because I had faith in it. Ah well…

This baking powder has worked well in all of my recipes.
