When I opened the box of pieces, I felt I’d spend the rest of my office hours sitting on an old wooden orange crate. After a couple of days wishing I knew a handyman, and while resting my sore back, I glanced at the assembly directions. (Back story: the last time I tried to put something together, a dog cushion (yes, big, rectangular, zippered pillow, not dog house, my daughter had to fix it so the dog could use it.) Back to this chair: The directions were given in pictures in 1-2-3 steps with arrows instead of words. I started with pushing the wheels into the chair legs/feet/thingy. (I don’t know what that part is called because, like I mentioned, there were no words). A few more images later I had a FULLY ASSEMBLED OFFICE CHAIR using only a screw driver!! Me! Me, whose daughter laughed just because I wasn’t able to assemble a stupid dog cushion! I DID IT, and I’m very proud of myself! It’s beautiful, comfortable, rolls smoothly on the carpet mat, and even has lumbar support. My daughter keeps asking the neighbors which one put my chair together, but I don’t care because I know I DID IT! This is definitely a five-star customer reviewed chair!

I got a great price on this and was ready to think it wasn’t top of the line but I was wrong. I spent a little over an hour putting it together and from the first moment I sat in it I was totally blown away by the comfort and quality of this chair. Since I spend many hours a day at my computer I was wiggling around all the time trying to get comfortable but not now. I highly recommend this chair!

The chair was quite easy to put together and sits comfortably enough, though it does feel a little wobbly. A wider base connecting to the seat would probably eliminate that. It’s good enough for a couple of hours at the desk, but I don’t know if I’d find this suitable for a full 8+ hour work shift. For the money, it appears to be a good investment. I may add a lumbar support pillow or gel cushion to the seat to enhance the overall experience, but still a decent purchase.

These chairs are absolutely wonderful. I can’t Believe the price. I have heavy people in The family and these chairs are built to withstand the weight that’s what I was looking for when I purchased the chairs the chairs I go to my table or $381 through you guys each I couldn’t afford that but I got these wonderful chairs and replace the bad chairs with them and everybody that said that him and loves him. I think you for a 10 star item..

It is very surprising why these chairs are marked as "amazon choice"!!! I bought chairs half the price of these with much better quality. These are cheap made, horrible customer service, come with scratched leader and absolutely not functional. The back does not tilt at all. Just spend your money elsewhere if you are after quality.

First: The pieces are all there! When you open your box pull out the backrest and unzip it. You'll find the arms, base, legs, and hardware. I sent a message to the seller before seeing an angel's post in the Q&A section.Second: You should know that mine was shipped via FedEx and, being FedEx, it arrived 2 days later than the last expected day.Third: Yes, it is more cream/ivory than snowy white. It's actually very pretty and exactly what I wanted. If you want pure white, this is not it.The chair looks good, it rolls and spins smoothly. It does not recline, tip or rock (that I can tell). In fact, it really isn't that comfortable if you plan on sitting for several hours. The arms are a matte plastic pewter color that scratches quite easily; the legs solid polished chrome.This is a solid meh chair. Aesthetically, it's pleasing but, it isn't comfy. If you're looking for a chair for short periods of use, you can't beat this price. However, if you're looking for a work from home or gaming chair, you might want to reconsider.
