been using the RAINPOINT 8 Zone Smart Sprinkler Controller for a couple of days now and it’s definitely simplified my garden irrigation process. I used multiple single timer on my old setup which is not really convenient.The setup was straightforward, and the app interface is user-friendly, which makes it easy to control watering schedules remotely. One feature I especially appreciate is its ability to adjust watering times based on real-time weather data, great for saving water during rainy days. I did experience a small issue with Wi-Fi connectivity during the initial setup, but once I got that sorted out, everything worked smoothly. It’s been a great tool for optimizing my garden care. Will be updating this review in the future.

This product does great at controlling my sprinklers automatically. It is even simple to control them manually from the app. The only negative I find with this product is that it is not set up to send me push notifications through the app whenever it runs.

The smart sprinkler system arrived fast via the mail. The device came with very easy instructions to follow. I love that it connects to the app and I can control my system via my phone. The system came packaged very nicely with all the pieces needed to set it up. So far the system works well for my needs and operates with no issues I have identified so far.

Great product installation process was a breeze just make sure to take a picture of your old zone connectors so you can keep them the same. Love that is wifi so that I can have full control of my system. Does not take up a lot of room small and compact. Plenty of zones. Love that they offer a 5 year extended warranty.

RainPoint’s sprinkler control with smart weather is just another great product on a list of plant watering products I already own from RainPoint. The best feature of this controller is that I can set, change and manage it all in the same app as I do the rest of my automatic RainPiont products from my phone. The simplicity of the app and its menus allows me to take control of when and how long I want to water each zone from anywhere. I love that it monitors the local weather and allows several options that will automatically delay watering before or after a rain event. In the past, I used a rain senor that if it started raining the same day after the sprinklers started, I just wasted all that time watering my grass for no reason. This eliminates that and sure to save me lots of water with the automatic monitoring. It was straightforward to switch out my old controller (make sure you take a picture of the wires and the zones) and install the RainPoint controller, through the app it was simple to connect to my local internet and I was set. This RainPoint controller will pay for itself not only from savings from not over watering but, knowing no mater where I’m at, it will be monitoring the weather to adjust the water schedule automatically. And of course, I now control and monitor my sprinklers from the app if needed from anywhere.

This is a great splinter system. I upgraded to rain point and could not be much happier. The app is very good and intuitive. Will save water for sure.

This is a very affordable smart sprinkler controller. I was able to swap out my parent’s old controller with this one and we had zero issues. We are able to schedule the sprinklers to run in any way however many times a day that we choose and it’s also smart. It monitors the weather according to nearby weather data and you can even get a rain/freeze sensor for it that will prevent sprinklers from running when the temperature is too low, or when there is sufficient rain to water the lawn. It easily connected to our WiFi for remote configuration ability.
