Light weight, very durable and its not very loud. Sounds like hotwheel cars on a toy track. Performs very well it catches a bit the first few times of use but smoothes out. fun to use, just turn on your music and hoop for a few songs. I am trying the 30 min for 30 days but I loose track of time and go longer (1hr) because it's just too easy and fun. I've had it for 11days and I've lost 2 links. Easley adjustable

High quality and easy to use. Works very well. I used it for about 2 min the first time and my core tightened right up. It makes you work out without feeling like your working out. Better than sit ups and fun to use!

The media could not be loaded.  *First off, I love the color! It is exactly what I expected.*Secondly, the quality of the material is superb! The plastic is a thick durable plastic and it does not cause irritation when wearing it. *The links are easily removable and the hoop was easy to put together. *The string for the ball is also adjustable so you can have a shorter or longer length depending on your available space.*I did not have any issues getting it started nor keeping it spinning.***also, the rotation of the ball is very smooth and does not catch on the links. I have read about this issue from other brands, but I have not had this issue at all.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

The hoop came half assembled, but the links are easy to snap together. You can use as many or as little as you like. I am plus sized and it worked well for me. I had links left that I didn't need to use.One thing I don't like is that it slips down when I use it. I may need to remove some. If you haven't used a hula hoop in awhile (like me), you will need to practice before you find your groove. You will also need to wear a form fitting shirt. If you wear loose clothing, it may get stuck in between the links. Also, be careful while handling it as it can pinch your skin and hands.I've read some complaints about the noise it makes and although there is noise, it isn't terribly loud. I watch tv, listen to music, or podcasts etc while using it.All-in-all, would recommend!

This hoop is easy to put together and get started. I was a little concerned when I read how some people had trouble making the weight go and stay moving, but I did not have a problem. It makes a little bit of noise but no obnoxious.

Good quality, fun, easy to use, ordered two more for my kids so we can all have our own belt sizes and ready to put on. TIP: Make sure to use the lock piece to make it easier to put on and off!

When you are putting this together or putting it away, the links tend to come apart easily. However, when you have it around your waist, gravity keeps it in place!This is a really great workout; in the beginning I was only able to do it a few minutes at a time, so you really do need to work up to the whole 30 minutes, as the products' suggested length of time.I do have to mention that I do peritoneal dialysis at home, this means that I have a ports coming out of my stomach. When I first started, it I kept pulling/getting caught on it, but I was able to remedy the situation by wearing a tight-ish undershirt.All in all, I'm excited to see how well this trims me up!

The quality of this weighted hoop is very good! It adjusts easily and seems sturdy in every way. It's not hard exercise, but might be good for someone who hasn't exercised much and wants to get started on it. I exercise a fair bit and so this doesn't seem difficult at all, but it is still fun to turn up the music and hoop! You'll enjoy it and get some exercise, too.

Der Smart Hula Hoop fällt schon beim ersten Anblick aufgrund der außergewöhnlichen und knalligen Farbgestaltung auf. Sehr gut finde ich, dass die Kugel befüllt und weich ist, sodass sie nicht beschädigt wird, wenn man unabsichtlich an einem Gegenstand in der Nähe ankommen sollte. Der Umfang des Hula Hoops lässt sich variabel einstellen, je nach Taillenumfang und die Noppen sind ebenfalls angenehm weich und anpassungsfähig. Ansonsten kann man auch beim Training nicht viel falsch machen, der Reifen kann nicht herunterfallen. Wichtig ist vielleicht nur, dass man genügend Platz rundherum einplant. Ich finde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für den Smart Hula Hoop völlig in Ordnung.

I thought I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did. It'll take time to actually master it but I'm getting there. The quality of the product seems good and sturdy and easy to use.
