I bought this to replace one I got on a cruise, which broke for a charm I bought on the cruise. This is a nice item. I don't agree at all with other reviewers that the clasp is cheap or anything. Actually, it's a very nice clasp and I know because I TRIED to take it off because the intended charm wasn't big enough to slide on. That's the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5. But I took another that I had and just switched the charms on them and it worked great.So, the leather is nice and the clasp so far seems very sturdy and good. And it's easy to get on and off.

The clasp does not always close when placed on a very tiny round hook and the necklace will drops off your neck. Seems like good quality. When I received the item i noticed it was about an inch shorter than I had ordered. I suggest that if you but this item to order the next size up from what you need. Because of this it's to sort to use it for what I wanted.

However, it will not fit the Pandora Charms- too wide at 3mm. When I typed in the search for: black leather pandora necklace, this one came up as a choice. If you are looking for an option with the charms, this will not work.

I know this was an inexpensive piece but seems much thinner than 3mm & the findings are cheap. Also when I pulled it up on my screen it said 'free shipping' when I ordered it. But when the final order was processed it was $5 shipping for a $10 item. If I knew that, I wouldn't have bought it. Now that I have it, definitely not worth $15.

I got this and wore it daily until I somehow lost it. I wore it for a few months and the clasp was quite cheap. The little lever on the clasp rusted and broke off.

It's virtually impossible to get a "real" leather choker anymore, and even though this one is somewhat sturdier due to it's braiding, it's not worth the amount charged.

Product was as described, and sized perfectly. I haven't had any issues, although the clasp is quite small and can be difficult- but this is easily remedied (as I did) by buying a short extender / magnetic clasp, and for the price it's hard to complain. No other issues to report as of writing (with about a month of use).
