I buy 1 time and it doesn't work at all then they sent me another one and charged me here i found out its set up for automatic refill now i paided again if some that isn't any good for me and they will not let me return it even if i didn't open package unpon receiveing it. Won't ever order from them again.

I've been taking for about 2 months now, and I've had a noticeable difference. I think it's best to take on an empty stomach and I also do not mix this with tap water I use bottled. If you are able to estimate or measure the amount of water you need with the capsule, it mixes best when you shake it up in your water bottle.

This has been a good probiotic. It is a specific probiotic to help remove undesirable flora in the stomach and it can help in the process of elimination. It is a capsule that you open and mix in water. It has a mild berry flavor, not super great tasting, but not too bad. It recommends taking/drinking this on an empty stomach. I’ve had a hard time consistently taking this because of my schedule and also because of the price – I didn’t want to take them on a non-empty stomach, just in case they’re not effective when taken that way.
