It's a great blend of turmeric and pepper and perfect for making golden milk lattes (with or without espresso shot added). It works well in dairy or non-dairy milks -- you can either stir it in before frothing or mix it in post-froth. If you like strong flavors -- I found it only after searching for how to replicate golden milk at home -- then you'll love it. I have reordered several times already.But if you are trying it as a spice-flavored tea, I don't think it will be your...cup of tea. That's why the reviews are so bifurcated.

This is a very refreshing, easy way to drink apple cider vinegar, which is tough to drink on its own. I have to sweeten this a bit with stevia. I'm wondering if this is made with the "mother" of the vinegar? (Edit: i emailed this company and they do NOT use the mother. Not sure why, because that's the most valuable part of ACV). . But the ingredients are good and this is an easier way to drink what's pretty much a sour, unpleasant drink. This is not unpleasant at all. Will reorder.

I enjoyed these so much that I bought this tea pack for a friend’s birthday gift.If you’re doing keto or THM or other low-glycemic plan or avoiding sugar, these are a fantastic option, especially for travel.They’re lightly sweet. I add a bit of stevia to mine.So far, I’ve had mine in heated almond milk with a splash of lemon juice or a few drops of lemon essential oil, for a soothing turmeric latte, and also mixed with lemon La Croix & some stevia & lemon juice or lemon essential oil then throw ice cubes in after the powder has been dissolved. I’ve also had this in hot tea.There is always a little bit of powder sediment in the bottom at the end of the drink. I try to swirl or stir the drink mid-drink to minimize the settling.

Tastes great, convenient, and really works! I heard about ACV for helping detoxify the body and aid in digestion. What I didn't realize that it would also do is improve my skin! I have rosecea, and I've been drinking this every day for the last two weeks. Any "breakouts" are gone, skin doesn't look dry anymore, and the redness is significantly better than it has been in months. Since it's the only thing I've added to my diet lately, it has to be the Apple Cider Vinegar. Would definitely recommend this!

I love all things Matcha! I stopped drinking coffee years ago when I first discovered matcha and I love making my own at home so I can control the stuff that goes into it like sugar. This is one of my favorite because it's already pre-measured and I don't have to worry about putting too much or too little in my cup. I use it daily and I always have it on hand. I use unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and I use it with hot or cold versions. Works really well. Very highly recommended!

I’m still waiting to see if I get results. I’ve been drinking my water with this for almost one week.Tip: you do not need to pour one entire package into a water bottle. You can use 1/3 or at most 1/2. I do not recommend using a whole one. It’s WAY too strong! I couldn’t even drink my water; I had to dilute it, then it was better.It does not taste very pleasant, however you need to remember you’re drinking water with a spice in it. It may not really be for everyone.

I love matcha green tea. I decided to order some because I ran out . I need it to be delivered to me and Amazon and whole foods did just that. The tea I wanted was not in stock so I opted for this brand instead. Yuck its very tart it taste like something poisons. Im not sure if it is because of the monk fruit that they added or what which is in very small lettering on the package. It was a waste of 15.00 and it is over priced. I was very disappointed. I will never buy again!

Too Much Black Pepper! I have made golden milk before from other brands with same ingredients. Yours has Way Too Much Black Pepper in it and then next taste is Tumeric Very Earthy tasting. I am Disappointed in this product and that I bought this. I do have very high respect for The Republic of Tea’s Ginger Peach Tea; therefore, I hoped this would be good, As well. However, it is not good tasting, at all.
