I love this mat. It doesn’t look like a cool mat (bulky gel inside) and is easy to fold and take places. My cocker loves being cool and has used this my at lots, even the cats facebook k did in it. It has been washed several times and has lost its blueness but it still works perfectly. I would definitely recommend buying this cool mat

As soon as this arrived, my dog has been lying on this ever since! Medium size is the perfect length for a cavalier king charles spaniel. It feels slightly cool and is nice for him to lie on during the summer time when it's hot and muggy. Slightly padded, nice blue colour and pattern too.

I was a bit dubious about the effectiveness of this, or even whether my fur baby would actually lay on this. I bought the size, XL, which gives my cockapoo plenty of room, and she can move to a cooler area on the blanket if she needs to.You can see the change of temperature, from blue to white where she's been laid. I like that it can be machine washed, but haven't needed to yet. It seems good quality and so far I'm pleased with this blanket.

Not as cool as I thought it would be

This is a great mat for my elderly gentledog, he goes back to this time and time again, he prefers sleeping on it to in his bed during these warm summer months. I’ve washed it on a cool 30 degree wash once with no issues, it dried fast too. I’m very pleased with this as he’s always shunned the gel cool mats.

It’s comfortable enough but not very cooling. Definitely tried other cooling mats with a better cooling effect. It is just slightly, and I mean slightly cooler than other surfaces and does not make a difference. The dog definitely prefers the wooden floor over the mat this summer.

We have 2 golden retrievers and summer days and nights can be brutal in the south. We have had plastic cooling mats for them before but this one is fabric. I was a little skeptical about the material but I stepped on the mat by accident and it was super cool. The dogs really do enjoy the softness and coolness of this product. I am not sure about how it will do in the washing machine but so far the dogs have really enjoyed laying on the cooling pad instead of the AC vents.

Work very well, cools as soon as you put pressure on it. My cat is hesitant to sit on it but I’m sure I’m hotter days he’ll appreciate it and I’ll feel better knowing he has this option available to help keep him cool.

Amazing how fast this cools down. It took my labrador a while to get used to it, but after a couple of hot days he now loves it. Even preferring this in his crate over his favorite soft blankets. The fabric is a bit more work to clean than regular blankets. Just throwing it into the washing machine is not enough. Sand mud will stay in it. Putting washing soap on the mud spots and then throw into the machine does help.
