Great quality and weight
It's well made, doesn't feel cheap at all. Can't complain at all and is wonderful to use.

Dry immediately after use
As it used for food would have expected it to be treated but if wet severely rust immediately and very difficult to clean off

The actual weight is under 1kg and the size is just under 210mm x 110mm and it's cheaper on eBay.
