The hat had been bent out of shape during shipment. After trying to straighten it, I used it anyway. It was shipped in an envelope and not a box.

I received it totally smashed and unusable. They refund my money with out even returning it. It's a shame cuz these sun hats are great. To 3 weeks to get from China.

The Pith Helmet is as expected. It gives the right look for the outfit. However it arrived in a package instead of a box and had been mushed on 2 sides. My son was more excited to get the hat than concerned about the areas we had to push out, so we didn't return it.
