I got the kit back in Jan or Feb and successfully installed it in less than a hour one lazy, cold, afternoon.I opened the pool last week and put the M400 in for its first cleaning run just yesterday. Everything is working as expected. It’s climbing the walls better than it did last season. I imagine because the new foam rollers have everything to do with that improvement.This is a great product and it’s not at all difficult & I’d say “easy” to install on the MayTronics Dolphin M400 model pool cleaner.

The wheels fit perfectly. They recommend keeping them wet to improve flexibility. I concur. The robot now climbs the walls as if it was new. The tracks are another matter. These are well made from heavy material. I was somewhat challenged to get these on after changing the bearings. I'll give it another try after soaking them in warm water to make them more flexible.

Installed tracks and climbing rings about 8 months ago. Climbing rings have worked great. However starting a few months ago I began having issues with the tracks. It got to the point that one of them would come off of a gear almost every time it ran. Got tired of trying to monitor it and pulling it out to get it going again, so today I put the old tracks back on. Comparing them showed that these tracks had stretched and would obviously no longer work properly. Therefore I can't recommend these. They may work for a few months but I expect years of use, not months.

The climbing rings were fine, but the tracks seem too tight for my nautilus cc+, also, the durometer is different than the OEM tracks, as these are stiffer and less pliable. I was able to get the tracks on, but they kept coming off one of the idler pulleys next to the drive. Normally that would mean the tracks were too loose, but they are definitely not. I replaced them with OEM (for about twice the price) and all is well.

My old dolphin premier stopped climbing up walls like it did when I first bought it years ago. Was looking at replacing it but balked at the price of a similar new model. Saw this replacement kit and figured I would give it a try. Watched a you tube video on how to remove cover and replaced the foam wheels and traction belt with relative ease. Took me all of 30 minutes. Unit now works like it was brand new. Climbs the walls with ease. Didn’t realize how worn the parts were. Great value for the money. Can’t say anything now about the durability, but really pleased so far as to how the machine is working.
