I’ve been taking this for post workout recovery. Powder easily dissolves in water. It does turn the water a bit cloudy, but at least it doesn’t leave a residue at the bottom like some powders. No taste or after taste. I usually throw it in with my protein mix since it doesn’t throw off the taste.Overall a good product, but it is on the pricier side.
