if your a pastry chef or just a home cook this pastry book is ideal for anyone to learn basic and advanced pastry cooking. All the recipes are very easy to follow and exact follow the recipes and you won't have any issues. As this is a professionals pastry book there isn't pretty pictures with every recipe but is a lovely centre section with alot of the finished products plated up. If you haven't seen Vol 1 before I would highly recommend finding it and buying it as Vol 1and 2 are my go to pastry books at work.
