Even though I read a lot of comments about the quality of this product I wanted to give it a try. It's true that they don't feel like the good ones I sleep with in that fancy hotel I visited last year, but they are very comfortable and a good product overall. I'm keeping them

Perfect hotel pillow , find myself falling asleep faster

I bought these pillows after staying at a Hilton and thought the pillows felt so good that I took a picture of the tag. I have terrible arthritis in my neck after having a cervical disc herniate and need to have emergency removal and neck fusion. Fibromyalgia was also a result of this neck trauma but I still manage to live as normal as I can. Now I live with frequent migraines that come from my neck pain. This pillow seemed like it was worth the price and at first it really helped my daily neck pain. After two weeks, I started waking up to have to adjust it and put it back in a position that would be sufficient enough to support my neck. I have needed to write this review for months and it has never gotten any better. I really feel tricked. Did Hilton Hotels have a better grade of pillow? Do they just throw them out when they lose their original good support? Once again I woke up with a migraine and thought it's way past time to write this review. Next step? Back to searching for a new pillow and wondering if there really is a pillow that will give me better rest and lessen the pillow's affect on my daily pain levels. I don't have a lot of money to spend on "trying" pillows but here I go again.

Very nice pillows. First used them in an upscale hotel. Found them on Amazon the next day. Very happy with them!

I sleep mostly on my side. I like to tuck my shoulder under the pillow. I like my head to be held up to the level of my neck, not sink down into the pillow. These pillows are very fluffy, hold their shape, good fabric, well made. But they are VERY soft. My head sinks way down in them, below my neck. I’m giving them away after trying to live with them for a while. If you like super soft pillows, you’ll love these.
