If this was ever sterilized, it surely isn't anymore. Neither bag has an inoculation port. The grain bag is super thin. It has a zip lock top that doesn't actually seal. There is blue painters tape, but they didn't actually seal it due to a poor job applying the tape. There was dried out grain all over the place. It appears spent, like super dried, almost like it's gonna crumble and fall apart. I bought a grain bag before from another company and it looked more like the picture this company shows - well sealed, hydrated, and sterilized grain with an inoculation port. Except this company did NOT deliver that. And I didn't open the box for a while, so I am past the return date.

I am using it now and I’ve had no issues with growing my mushrooms. It works great

I got what I ordered but it's not at all like the pi ture it's just tossed in a box and mailed one bag was leaking so im sure it's contaminated.

Black pin mold took over my tub and lo and behold I check the “leftover” substrate I had for future use and it’s covered in the same mold. Do not buy
