The peanuts are average to a bit large. And they are fresh and delicious. I have order nuts online before and they were not close to being as good as these. Would definitely order these again. I use them for peanut brittle.

I am not sure of the date, but can tell you that when I ordered and used them, they were very fresh.

They are truly raw. They are used for cooking. They are also quite tasty. I use mine for making candied peanuts.
