Excellent!
First and foremost, the quality of the packaging sets a new bar for these games. It feels like a $50 game with a $30 price tag.Material is well produced and you're provided a helpful info-tracker for the case to keep track of people. The hardest puzzle in the game is very doable with zero outside help, unlike other games that require 3rd party tools like cryptographic cipher solvers.Their own rating of 3 out of 5 for difficulty and it is pretty accurate. We've played several dozen of these types of murder mystery infodump games and it sits at around 2-2.5 for us.The story is unique and the online components fit in nicely. We enjoyed the flow of the game, its split up over 4 chapters, each being a room where you enter and find a new collection of information to keep the story progressing. What seems like a relatively simple story at first evolves to a nice web of interpersonal stories. It's rare for our party to end one of these games and the entire table collectively says "we really enjoyed that one!"

Fun!
This was really fun and a great price! It was 2 hours of fun for 5 of us! Compared to an escape room which would’ve been $25-$40 per person it was a steal! Well done, great materials, didn’t feel cheap at all, plenty of figuring it out on your own with hints to access as needed if needed, the web interaction was cool too! Not too much reading. Interesting plot!

Great family fun!
We loved the game! We played over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was very engaging for teens, us older folks and everyone in between. The game materials were very high quality and better than expected. So many details, movie tickets, playing cards from the casino, glossy brochures from the cruise ship, social media posts, etc. The case kept us all working together and helped us avoid family drama that normally happens over the holiday.

By far the best MURDER SOLVING game we tried
We have tried murder solving games from different brands but this one was by far the most fun. The materials, the story, the way everything was unfolding, you truly felt like solving real crime. We loved every bits of it. Also the poster where you could mark down your progress was great. They deserve much more reviews. I hope they will come up with more stories soon. Well done!

True Detective
This was not only an unexpected awesome Christmas gift, it was so much fun to play. If you watch all those shows on TV, (you know which ones I am talking about) this is your change to be a true detective. Have fun with these, we sure did.

Oversold and Under Delivered
This PROFILER murder mystery game is advertised as having significant puzzles and being an escape room game that will last 1.5-2 hours. It really isn't and do not see how anyone could make this game last that long. There is also no way to replay the game as the variables cannot change so it is a one-time purchase and done. I will say that our initial impression of the materials and documents in the game was really good but as we started playing it that was replaced with a sense of randomness and not real adventure as advertised. The initial setup was good albeit a bit quirky. We then realized the game was just a bunch of random clues and the use of the website to unlock envelopes pretty much gave you the answer you needed to grab to proceed in the game. We ultimately did not finish the game for these reasons and lost interest. We returned it for being misleading as well. 2/5 stars for a neat idea though.

There are better "escape room" at home games
Our initial impressions were pretty positive. The materials are high quality. The website is decent. We had to enter information we uncovered as part of our "investigation" to progress. All was going well! And then! Instead of having you enter your accusation on the website to solve the case, they simply have a link to click to read the solution. There's no excuse for this. They warn you that you're about to see the final solution, at least. We would rather have had an opportunity to check our accusation - if it was correct, then be taken to the full solution explanation; if incorrect, we could have reviewed the materials again and kept working to find the solution.Overall, we had a really great experience solving the crime that was marred (a lot!) by the publisher's choice of how to handle getting the solution.
