Love to get my grandkids away from their video screens.They love tunics cubes so this was perfect and challenging for them👍🏼

I've been trying to find relatively simple games to avoid doom scrolling and my art loving/pattern recognition mind was excited for this one. I love the concept of it! Uncomplicated, cognitively fairly accessible. In practice, though, it could use some tweaks. Pieces can be tough to finagle, something to keep in mind for those of us with dexterity challenges. The base and frame/window but are much more flimsy than I would have expected. Makes it a bit frustrating to use, not a game I reach for often. I like that you can use this for more than head to head racing, especially to try and find some mental acuity on the super foggy noggin days.

This game is really fun, even my 5-year-old (who can get super frustrated with "hard" games) had fun playing. We played by the instructions at first, who could complete the pattern first, but then we switched it to less of a direct competing and more if both people could complete their pattern. The way the board is set up, when you use the cube to form a pattern and place it between you and your opponent, you both see a different pattern, because your top is their bottom. At first we tried to make it so both had to make the exact same, but that became an issue as each player kept turning the cube so they could see it "correctly" so we also made a house rule that your pattern had to match how the cube faced you, and that made it easier and allowed for less head to head and instead just "can you match it".We ended up taking the center piece off, even though it snaps into place, if you barely brush it, it tips forward and blocks the board, which got really old really fast. There were also two small yellow pieces that came with this game and I have no clue where the go, the instructions don't mention them, but I wonder if they somehow attach to the center to prevent this tipping? This also comes with extra squares, anywhere from one extra color to four extra, which is odd but fine.

This is a great little brainteaser game that is easy to play and easy to understand. Each round doesn't take very long, making it the perfect classroom game; we donated it to my daughter classroom and the teacher and other students all love it!

My son and I have a lot of fun playing this game. We sit and play 3 or 4 times in a row. Only takes about 15 minutes to play a round and it's a great game for problem solving. It's great for kids and adults, as I even enjoy playing with my husband. So we all enjoy it, and it doesn't take long so we get to play a few times before we have to clean up. Easy to store, and fast to set up.
